That's the short version. Here's the longer one.

What I actually do

Two things, and they feed each other. I run Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (lead generation, e-commerce, and click-to-Messenger) and I work as an SEO consultant for businesses that need to be found when someone searches for what they sell.

Most of the paid work is lead generation for local service businesses and B2B companies in the US and Canada, plus e-commerce for brands in Bangladesh. The SEO work spans industries. What the accounts have in common is not the sector, it is that trust signals matter more than keyword volume.

I work with owners and marketing leads directly. There is no agency layer, no account manager, and nobody relaying briefs. The person who reads your account is the person who changes it.

Where I'm based, and how that works

I'm in Dhaka, Bangladesh. My clients are mostly in the United States, Canada and Singapore.

I state that plainly because it's the question every prospect has and most offshore freelancers dodge. Dhaka is UTC+6: ten to eleven hours ahead of the US East Coast depending on daylight saving, and two hours behind Singapore. In practice that means the Singapore and Canada work overlaps easily, and the US work runs on a deliberate async rhythm: I review accounts and make changes while you're asleep, and you get the summary when you start your day.

It also means my Bangladesh work isn't a footnote: it's where some of my most useful data comes from. The $0.02-per-conversation Messenger campaigns are only possible in a market where buying happens in an inbox. Running accounts in five countries at once is the reason I know which tactics travel and which don't.

How I work

  • Audit first, always. I don't quote before I've looked at the account. The free audit exists so both of us can find out whether there's anything worth doing.
  • Fix measurement before optimising. Pixel and Conversions API set up properly, deduplicated, verified in Events Manager. Optimising against broken data is the most expensive mistake in this job.
  • Report what didn't work. Every case study and every post on this site includes the rounds that made things worse. If a month goes badly you'll hear it from me first.
  • Monthly retainer or one-off project. Ongoing management runs as a monthly retainer; audits and consulting are one-off. Ad spend is always paid directly by you to Meta, never through me.

Why every number on this site has a screenshot

Marketing portfolios are full of unverifiable claims, and the industry has earned its reputation for that. So the rule here is simple: every figure comes from an account I managed, and the case study behind it shows the reporting it came from. Where a client is anonymous, I say so. Where a result is seasonal or short-run, I say that too.

If you find a number on this site you can't trace to a screenshot, tell me and I'll either produce it or remove the claim.

Common questions

Where are you based?

Dhaka, Bangladesh. My clients are mostly in the United States, Canada and Singapore, and I work with all of them remotely and directly.

How do time zones work with US and Canadian clients?

Dhaka is UTC+6, which is ten to eleven hours ahead of the US East Coast depending on daylight saving. The work runs async: I make changes and review performance during your night, and you get the update when your day starts. Calls are scheduled in the overlap. Singapore clients are only two hours ahead of me, so that work is close to real time.

Are you a freelancer or an agency?

A freelancer. One person, working directly with you. There's no team, no account manager, and no junior running your account while a senior name is on the contract.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Local service businesses and B2B companies that need leads, and e-commerce brands that need sales. Documented work includes hair and scalp clinics, roofing, lending, B2B access solutions, medical clinics, Islamic insurance, agri-tech and fashion e-commerce.

What do you charge?

Ongoing campaign management runs as a monthly retainer, and audits or one-off consulting are project-priced. The retainer covers my management only: ad spend is always paid by you directly to Meta. I quote after the free audit, because a quote before I've seen the account is a guess.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. What I do guarantee is that I'll tell you early if I don't think I can improve on what you already have, rather than taking a retainer to find out slowly.

Want me to look at yours?

Send it over and I'll tell you what I'd change first, and whether it's worth paying anyone to do it. No cost.
